Terms & Conditions — Breastfeeding 101 Online (Gift Purchase)

By purchasing a gift of Breastfeeding 101 Online ("Course"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them before proceeding.

1. Gift Purchase & Redemption
Upon purchase, you will receive a printable gift card to deliver to the intended recipient digitally or in print.

To redeem, the recipient must email hello@breastfeedoc.com with their name and email address. Course access will be granted by The Breastfeeding Center of Orange County upon receipt of that request.

Access is personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive and may not be shared or passed to another individual.

The Breastfeeding Center of Orange County reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Course at any time without prior notice.

2. Intellectual Property

All Course materials — including videos, worksheets, downloads, text, graphics, logos, and branding — are the intellectual property of The Breastfeeding Center of Orange County.

Neither the purchaser nor the recipient may:

Share login credentials with others
Reproduce, copy, or distribute any Course materials

Record or resell any portion of the Course

Use Course materials for any commercial purpose

Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may be subject to legal action.

3. Refund Policy

All gift purchases are final and non-refundable. We encourage you to review the Course details at breastfeedoc.com/breastfeeding101-online before purchasing.

4. Educational & Medical Disclaimer

This Course is for educational purposes only. Nothing in this Course constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult your physician, pediatrician, lactation consultant, or other qualified healthcare provider with any medical concerns.

Purchasing or participating in this Course does not create a provider-patient relationship.

5. Results Disclaimer

Individual results vary. We do not guarantee specific breastfeeding outcomes. Success depends on many factors, including but not limited to medical history, infant health, and individual circumstances.

6. Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. By completing your purchase, you confirm that your payment information is accurate. The gift card will not be issued until payment is successfully processed.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Course access without refund if:

These Terms are violated
Course materials are shared or distributed

A payment dispute or chargeback is initiated without first contacting us at hello@breastfeedoc.com


8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Breastfeeding Center of Orange County shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, delivery, redemption, or use of this gift. Use of the Course is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
