By purchasing and accessing Breastfeeding 101 Online (“Course”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Course Access

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access Breastfeeding 101 Online for your personal use.

You will receive lifetime access to the Course content, defined as access for the lifetime of the Course product. The Course owner reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Course at any time without prior notice.

Access may not be shared, transferred, sublicensed, or distributed to any other individual.

2. Intellectual Property

All Course materials, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, downloads, text, graphics, logos, and branding, are the intellectual property of The Breastfeeding Center of Orange County.

You may not:

Share login credentials
Reproduce or distribute Course materials
Record, copy, or resell any portion of the Course
Use Course materials for commercial purposes

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access without refund and possible legal action.

3. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of Breastfeeding 101 Online.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

You have completed the entire Course, and
You provide proof of completion (such as completed worksheets or module completion records).

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to: hello@breastfeedoc.com.

After 7 days from the date of purchase, all sales are final.

4. Educational & Medical Disclaimer

Breastfeeding 101 Online is for educational purposes only.

5. Results Disclaimer

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate payment information. Access to the Course will not be granted until payment is successfully processed.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Course without refund if:

These Terms are violated
Course materials are shared or distributed
Payment disputes or chargebacks are initiated without first contacting us
8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Breastfeeding Center of Orange County shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Course.

Your use of the Course is at your own risk.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
